Privacy Policy

When you sign up for Match Analytics, we collect your email address and the source page from which you subscribed. When you use our service, we collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP address). We do not collect or store your IP address long-term.

We use your email address solely to deliver the Match Analytics daily brief and product updates you have opted into. We use anonymized analytics data to improve our service, understand which features are most valuable, and monitor system performance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States (AWS us-west-2). All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256. Access to production databases is restricted to authenticated, authorized team members only. We use Vercel for frontend hosting and Railway for backend services, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.

Match Analytics does not use third-party advertising cookies. We use essential cookies only for session management and user preferences. We do not participate in cross-site tracking or share data with advertising networks.

You can unsubscribe from all communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@matchanalytics.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Vercel (hosting, analytics), Railway (backend hosting), Supabase (database), Upstash (caching), and Stripe (payment processing, for paid tiers). Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We do not share more data with these services than is necessary for their operation.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you. Prediction and model performance data is retained for accuracy verification purposes.

Match Analytics is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@matchanalytics.io.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
